Job description

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified LCSWs to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in the Carson City and Reno/Sparks areas!

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Behavioral Health Solution's team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As we expand as a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the state of Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.

• Complete documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).

• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  
  

Job Types: Part-time, W2, and Independent Contractor options are available.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work and Nevada licensure as an LCSW (Currently not accepting CSW-Interns - not an approved intern site) .
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.

• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!

Pay:

• $51.00 to $67.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
• Compensation determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level), pay model preferred, and experience.
