ABOUT US
We are an established sales organization specializing in residential solar and roofing sales. We are an independent dealer network which allows us to sell all 5 of the top 5 solar products in the industry (Sunrun, Vivint Solar, Sunnova, Sunpower, and Tesla) as well as roofing services from an established and vetted network of roofers. We offer the lowest redlines in the industry along with the most aggressive commission structure and the highest quality leads! We have 15 locations throughout the U.S. and we are expanding and that's where you come in! We are looking for experienced leaders in the residential solar sales industry to manage and mentor Sales Managers in building, growing, mentoring, and managing sales performance in their territories. Territories can vary across the country based on population density but generally a Regional Director will sit over territories in 1-3 states.
ABOUT THE JOB
We set up Sales Managers in exclusive territories and we are seeking Regional Sales Directors to support them to ensure their success. In addition to working with existing Sales Managers, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding additional Sales Managers in new territories. Our smaller territories are producing 75+ deals per month on average while our top performing territories are producing 300+ deals per month on average. We are looking for talented and charismatic sales leaders with a track record of success managing managers and territories to plug into our winning model.
