Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior team members to analyze and evaluate potential equity opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and industry research.
- Assist in the structuring and execution of equity transactions, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage the ongoing performance of existing credit investments.

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of Investment Banking / Private Equity experience
- Experience within Energy, Sustainability and/or Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of equity markets, financial analysis, and investment principles.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
