You're inquisitive and always learning new technologies.
What you'll do: - Manage IT Helpdesk service requests by providing the first response in a timely and meaningful manner
- Maintain regular status updates within service requests to keep fellow IT staff and customers informed
- Escalate tickets in accordance with church escalation procedures
- Image, configure and deploy PC & Mac computers to end users
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base articles as required
- Maintain professional relationships with fellow workers to meet expected customer service commitments
- Provide front-line technical support to staff during weekend services
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to schedule repairs & maintenance of various hardware
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 40 - 50 lbs on a daily basis
Skills & Experience you've had: - Windows 10 proficiency
- MacOS proficiency
- Microsoft Office 365 experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
