Job Description: Adecco, in collaboration with a local client in Casper, WY, is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialists with three or more years experience or a degree in accounting. Job Responsibilities - Accounting Specialist:
Process accounts receivable and payable transactions efficiently.
Continuously evaluate current policies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Support internal and external audits.
Prepare cash receipts for processing.
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage collection efforts and associated functions.
Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and pleasant manner.
Accurately record and relay messages to office personnel when necessary.
Qualifications:
Prefer a degree in accounting, but it is not required.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting programs.
