Job Title: QA Automation Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned QA Automation Lead with extensive experience in JavaScript automation to join our dynamic team. As a QA Automation Lead you will be responsible for leading the automation efforts ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software products through robust testing strategies. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation efforts and initiatives within the QA team.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript.
- Utilize Playwright for test automation with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Employ any of the following tools for automation: Cypress Protractor Zest Enzyme or Mocha test framework.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud.
- Execute parallel tests and conduct crossbrowser testing to ensure compatibility across different environments.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline testing processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation testing techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in JavaScript automation.
- Proficiency in Playwright with a minimum of 2 years of handson experience.
- Experience working with any of the following automation tools: Cypress Protractor Zest Enzyme or Mocha test framework.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines with handson experience using Jenkins and GCP Cloud.
- Knowledge of parallel test execution methodologies and crossbrowser testing.
- Advanced programming skills with a focus on automation systems and databases.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
