Vaco has partnered with an Alpharetta based client to fill an open AP Specialist role
The AP Specialist is responsible for ensuring all batches are received, posting payables, running ad-hoc reports, analyzing invoices, and resolving discrepancies
If you have 3+ years of accounts payable experience and are seeking your next role apply today !

Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience is required
• Experience with Canadian accounts payables is a plus
• Must be able to work onsite in Alpharetta, Ga
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)
• Experience with a large ERP is required and JDE is a plus!
