Job description
New York Life is seeking a qualified individual to join our management team as an Associate Partner in the North Dakota general office, which also serves northwestern Minnesota. New York Life, the nation's oldest and strongest mutual insurance and investment company, serves its clients with dedication through protection, accumulation, and preservation solutions. Working as trusted partners with our clients, we see them through moments of joy, hope, and challenge, helping them achieve their goals and dreams at all stages of life. The Fast Track program involves securing the requisite insurance and investment licenses, engaging in our robust paid training program, learning New York Life's systems and financial offerings, and developing a clientele as an agent and registered representative. Management/Partner training and transition begins within one year. Compensation and benefits lead the industry, and opportunities for advancement within the Company abound. Individuals with prior experience in banking, business, financial services, and/or insurance as well as leadership and management are especially invited to apply.
