We are seeking a Senior Communications Lead to manage internal communications at Draper. Success for this role requires you to have a strong writing and editing background with a high emphasis on attention to details. You will have an opportunity to lead communications for members of Draper’s Executive Leadership Team (Chief Financial Officer, Chief Diversity Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer; and Head of Audit). As part of your responsibility, you will manage one direct report and create dynamic and inspiring communications. As a Senior Communications Lead, you will report to the Head of Communications and be an integral member of the Communications Leadership Team. This is a hybrid role based out of Cambridge, MA. Hybrid at Draper is 3 days per week in the office.
