THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Sr. IT Analyst DevOps will support Inventory, Logistics execution and Sales & Distribution modules of SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC Warehouse Management. This resource also will support integration of SAP S4 HANA with Manhattan WMS system, and other applications.  This resource needs to have hands on experience with SAP logistics modules, and functional knowledge for system integration work. This role will be working closely with the business and other cross functional IT teams on support functions and providing feedback/changes informed with project teams.   They will work closely with cross functional areas to formulate scope and requirements to meet the business need.  This role will be part of high performing team in the IT supply chain area of Ulta.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THESE GOALS BY:

• Functional and configuration responsibility for Supply Chain Applications for support and reporting in SAP modules.
• Responsible for providing functional support for reporting in SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with IT Operations, Business team and consulting partners in project implementations, testing issues and working on enhancement/production support requests.
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams of IT outside Supply Chain.
• Work closely with key business partners and various IT Partners.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Explore and recommend solutions to business requirements and scenarios.
• Lead and document from the requirement sessions for enhancements in Supply Chain area.
• Support functional and performance testing in IT Supply chain area.

• Monitor daily activities and analyze support tickets.
• Present production changes at change control meeting ensuring all changes meet audit requirements.
• As a member of the DevOps team works with others to create and update knowledge transfer documents.
• Work with technical development team to translate business requirements to finalize technical solutions. 

• Review, monitor and discuss the solutioning approach for various DevOps Incidents, Enhancements, and Improvements by working with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.

ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience.
• 5+ years hands on experience with SAP ECC IM/WM, LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst.
• 2+ years hands on experience with SAP S4 HANA LE modules configuration as functional and/or support analyst.
• Experience in SD module, integration knowledge with Analytic systems is strongly desirable.
• Strong Integration knowledge in Supply Chain systems, particularly SAP with external systems.
• SAP Integration experience using iDocs and ETL tools like TIBCO/BODS.
• Integration experience with Manhattan WMS, SAP mobility and other supply chain applications is a huge plus.
• Knowledge in using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with other IT areas such as ABAP, Basis, and Security. 
• Experience presenting solutions to IT and business partners.

• Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, etc.
• Good understanding on batch jobs and their dependencies.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency in addressing issues and following up.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to propose and evaluate solution alternatives, assessing the pros and cons of each approach.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partners.
• Skilled and comfortable with tackling complex challenges, either in leading the troubleshooting effort or advising/leading others.
• Ability to work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Off-Hours support including 24x7 on-call required.
• Minimal travel required (Distribution Center/Training/Conferences) .
