The Surgical Tech (CVOR) is responsible to function as the "Scrub Technologist" in the surgical suite and other clinical areas, which consists of the selection and set-up of the sterile table with instruments, supplies and equipment; the passing of instruments to the surgeon during the procedure; maintaining sterile technique and caring for instruments following the procedure.

Shift:

Average 40 hours weekly, 8-hour Day shift, Full-time
Average 36 hours weekly, 12-hour Day shift, Full-time
Average 30 hours weekly, 10-hour Day shift, Full-time
On-call, Variable shift, Part-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a course in Surgical Technology
Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Current experience as a registered Surgical Technologist. Recent completion of an Accredited Surgical Technologist Program may be considered as current experience
Preferred: Two (2) years of Operating Room experience
