Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in our Early Intervention (EI) Department. This position will provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with physical, neurological, genetic, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits. This is a 40-hour week, hybrid position, working remotely and in-person, coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and other off-site locations.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapy services in a child's natural setting or via telehealth for children under 3 years old who are eligible for Early Intervention services. You are responsible for adhering to the Early Intervention guidelines, documentation, and funding requirements. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other disciplines, service coordinators, caregivers, and medical providers to develop and implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for eligible children on their caseload.

We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are one of Colorado's Community Centered Boards (CCB), connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding. We are also Colorado's largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources, serving the City of Aurora in addition.
