Job description

Title/Role: Technical Support Analyst
Duration: 06 - 12 Months (Extendable)
Location: Chester, VA - Onsite
Interview Type: Web Cam Interview

Description:
*Local Richmond, VA candidates due to 100% onsite work requirement
*candidate must work onsite daily in Chesterfield County (Richmond area)
*candidate must be able to lift and distribute hardware - this is a physical job

Responsibilities:
Onsite resource to support users in an enterprise environment, including helpdesk and system support activities.
Seeking staff augmentation resources to assist with deployment of computers using our automated systems for a specific computer refresh project. Diagnose various problems encountered during initial rollout. Completion of various other hardware/software requests as needed. Other tier 2 helpdesk duties as needed.

Skill Required / Desired
? Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating system and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Required
? Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end-users at all levels. Required
? Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), macOS, iOS devices, and basic networking concepts is preferred. Required
? A clean driving record is required as local driving is mandatory. Required
? Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Required
