The Quality Coordinator and Infection Prevention Nurse (RN) displays expert knowledge of Infection prevention information that is shared, audited and sustained. Data collection that is continuously applied to improving best practice and quality care delivered to residents.

NURSING SCHEDULE INCLUDES:
- Full-time, 80 hours per pay period

- Day shift 

- Participates in the Nurse On Call Rotation

• Optimally represents Nursing Administration interpreting facility policies and procedures for staff, residents and visitors
• Lead infection control in facility while ensuring the quality and safe nursing care for residents
• Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing as needed.

• RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• ANACC Certification in Gerontology ; Preferred
