Strategy and Transactions – EY Parthenon – Transaction Strategy and Execution – Value Creation Technology (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. 

Work on the most complex and high-profile global transactions across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. Leverage IT solutions to provide transactional advisory services according to specific sector and functions. Prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advise on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions and people. Execute IT focused projects across all sectors, and develop and execute strategies for transactions for large and multinational clients. Provide advisory services on a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (integration planning, tracking). 

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field and 8 years of related work experience (of which at least 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics of a related field and 6 years of related work experience. 

Must have 6 years of IT or management consulting experience, of which at least 2 years must be in mergers & acquisitions, including integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.  

Must have 5 years of experience in a combination of at least any 3 of the following: 
- Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, re-structuring and turnaround;  
- Pre-sign IT due diligence, sign to close integration/separation planning, and post close;  
- IT cost analysis for carve-outs and IT synergy analysis;  
- Digital and Technology strategy and operating model design; 
- IT cost optimization, IT outsourcing and end to end IT Transformation; and/or 
- IT applications and infrastructure rationalization and re-platforming.  

Must have 5 years of experience in assessing technology issues and opportunities and presenting them to c’-level executives at clients, and analyzing complex IT spend and utilize benchmarks effectively.  

Must have 5 years of experience in IT management processes and industry frameworks in a combination of the following: MMI, COBIT, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 2700x, TOGAF, project management life cycles, systems development life cycles (SDLC), PMBOK, Prince2, SAS70, and/or SSAE 16.  

Must have 5 years of experience managing engagements and engagement related budgets; and,  leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews. 

Must have 5 years of experience in professional services business development and relationship management. 

Travel required up to 80%, to serve client needs.
