Chief Operating Office

Monterey Spine & Joint (MSJ) of Monterey, CA is looking to hire a detail-oriented full-time Chief Operating Office (COO) . Do you have a background in medical office operations? This administrative position in healthcare management earns a competitive salary of $135,000 - $155,000/year , depending on experience with additional bonus compensation. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COO

A day in the life of a COO is dynamic and multifaceted, involving a mix of strategic planning, operational oversight, and interpersonal management. The administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice. The role requires adaptability and a commitment to improving both operational efficiency and patient care.
