As an integral member of the  OT/IoT Security and Well Engineered Review leadership team, the  Chief of Staff acts as the focal point for coordinating organizational strategy, goal planning, mission execution, and daily collaboration across multiple teams.

What you'll do:

• You will coordinate the cross functional deliverables, budgeting, hiring, policies, and expectations of Ot/IoT Security and Well Engineered Review leadership team
• You will organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
• You will provide the organizational and communication framework for customers, associates, and leadership team members to implement the area vision and achieve annual goals
• You will provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance
• You will serve as the liaison for associates and leadership regarding associate sentiment, challenges, and ideas.
• You will learn and grow as you master the complexities of leading a large and diverse organization
• You will provide input into strategic direction and align goals to allow for tracking and measuring performance.
• You will be a part of a great team, help accomplish great work, and have a lot of fun doing it!

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
