Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short term skilled nursing facility and is conveniently located just off the 60 freeway and across Chino Valley Medical Center. Trellis Chino believes in patient-centered care, that is why our building design provides our patients with all private suites and showers. Full Time (4/2 rotation) - we will reach when a position becomes available.

CNA Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities
• Document care provided
• Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
• Ensure resident needs and desires are met quickly and appropriately
• Interact and support other staff within the facility

Required Qualifications:

• CNA certificate
• Current/active CPR/BLS card
