Human Resources Coordinator | Worthwhile Wear
The HR Coordinator will help support and strengthen Worthwhile Wear’s staff members by providing onboarding and ongoing behind the scenes support through basic human resource responsilbilities. This is a part-time role averaging 20 hours a week. Weekly in person meetings will be held at our Collegeville administrative offices but some remote work can be accommodated. Hours are flexible, but should be within the working hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Administrative Assistant | Worthwhile Wear
The administrative assistant helps support and strengthen Worthwhile Wear directors and team members by providing behind the scenes support through administrative efforts and donation management. This is a part-time role averaging 20-25 hours a week. While there is some flexibility to the hours, the majority of hours will need to be completed in person at our Collegeville offices between the hours of 8am-6pm. There may be events held outside of these hours, but advance notice would be given.

Marketing Manager | Worthwhile Wear
The marketing manager will oversee the marketing and messaging of the entire Worthwhile Wear brand to facilitate engagement, awareness, and participation. This will be accomplished by creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading marketing team members. This is full-time hybrid role with weekly in-person meetings at our administrative offices in Collegeville, PA. Hours outside of these weekly meetings can be completed remotely, but staff should be available/responsive during daytime hours unless otherwise noted.

Coordinator | Worth It
The Worth It Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of various Worth It sessions, along with the supervision of volunteers. The Coordinator is responsible for making and maintaining meaningful connections with county specific service providers. They serve as the liaison between service providers and participants, and work to develop a comprehensive network of services for each participant. This is a full time salaried position. Most work will be completed remotely but active Worth It sessions require the Coordinator to be on site.

Resident Support Staff (House Coach) | The Well
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program, is looking to fill part time Resident Support Staff positions. Hours: Day-time 8am - 4pm, Evenings 4p-9p or 4-11p, Saturdays and Sundays 8a-4p and 4-9 or 4-11 pm evenings. Schedule will be consistent week to week.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associates’ Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred but alternatively, a high School diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or residential services to women.
- Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills.
$18.50/hour for weekend/evening shifts, $17/hour for day shifts

Assistant Store Manager | Worthwhile Thrift Plumsteadville
The assistant manager’s role is to support the store manager in leading the store team (staff & volunteers). This is done through day to day administrative tasks as well as maintaining the store culture, encouraging team members in their roles, leading by example, being creative and monitoring sales. This is a full time, salaried, position with benefits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Be a team player helping at the register, stocking the floor, or sorting donations.
- Provide general customer service and share about Worthwhile Wear’s mission to reach and restore survivors of human trafficking.
- Assist the store manager to train staff, participants, and volunteers on job duties, responsibilities, and procedures.
- Lead by example in modeling the correct behavior for engaging with customers and processing donations.
- Create staff and volunteer schedules in scheduling software.
- Open/close and run the store without assistance from the store manager.
- Lead team members in completing projects and redirect team members as needed.
- Understand the Square POS system to run sales reports, manage the customer loyalty program, and offer technical support for staff running the registers.
- Know what to do in emergency situations
- Support the store manager in administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, running payroll, counting cash drawers, creating deposit slips, reconciling cash drawers once a week and other tasks.
- Cultivate and exemplify the teamwork culture of Worthwhile Wear.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in using the Google Suite, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Square POS, and Homebase systems are preferred.
- Professional behavior and communication, both written and oral.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong leadership and relational skills
- Must have a flexible work schedule, including Saturdays.
- Maintain 40 hours a week, additional if needed.

Key Holder | Worthwhile Thrift Collegeville
The Key Holder role is to support the general operations of the thrift store by helping with store support team tasks, overseeing the flow and organization of donations, and also filling in as “manager on duty” when needed. This is a full time position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Be a team player helping at the register, stocking the floor, or sorting donations.
- Provide general customer service and share about Worthwhile Wear’s mission to reach and restore survivors of human trafficking.
- Issued a key for the store to be used to open for morning shift and close out for the evening shift, including arming and disarming the security system.
- Serve as “manager on duty” and point of contact for Store Support staff until a manager is available.
- Provide coverage when management is not scheduled - due to days off, sudden sick leave, vacation, etc. These will be scheduled in advance.
- Create shift position assignments for staff and volunteers when managers are not available to do so.
- Point of Sale System (Square)
- Assist with new staff and volunteer training by spending one on one time to go over sorting and pricing of donations, registers, and other onboarding tasks.
- Oversee large day volunteer groups.
- Provide training, coaching, and corrective feedback to staff.
- Oversee the general maintenance and flow of the back work room.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED certification is required
- Must possess retail experience, customer service, proven leadership skills, customer focus, professionalism, verbal communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility.
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to be standing for long periods of time.
- Maintain 37-40 hours per week.
