Job description

Ennen Eye Center is looking to expand our surgery center scheduling team. Experience is preferred but will train the right person. We are looking for a full time bright and friendly individual who can multi-task and provide outstanding customer service to our patients.

Job duties would include:

• Meeting with and scheduling patients for surgery.
• Telephone scheduling when necessary
• Face to face time with patients to assist them with their surgical needs.
• Managing patient documentation

Qualifications

• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
