Job description

Role : Database Engineer

Location : Columbus, OH - 43219

Duration : 9 Months

Skills Looking For:
- Supporting existing database processes and pipelines. This involves maintaining and optimizing current data infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and efficient data flow.
- Developing and enhancing data pipelines for new CRM initiatives ; designing, implementing, and improving data pipelines to support new customer relationship management (CRM) programs and initiatives, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Analyzing consumer engagement data for insights ; examining data from various sources, such as website interactions, email marketing, and loyalty programs, to extract meaningful insights that can inform marketing strategies and improve consumer engagement.
- Investigating and resolving consumer complaints related to CRM programs.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with the Azure Cloud platform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL SSIS, and Informatica preferred.



Education and Level of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (engineering, computer science, marketing, or related field.)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Azure Cloud experience highly preferred.



Top 3 Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with the Azure Cloud platform.
- Strong data engineering skills, especially in ETL processes.
