Opportunity for a full time Family
Nurse Practitioner in Surprise, AZ. The NP is responsible for providing
comprehensive primary health care services through the identification,
management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of the
client’s health by means of preventive care and health promotion.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner
school
- Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the
Arizona Board of Nursing
- Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
- Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Current BLS
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods
and techniques
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with
clients, associates, and the general public
- Basic business English, spelling, and
punctuation skills
- Basic computer efficiency
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Competency in dealing with people of various
cultures and social status
- Three (3) years of experience in community
health
- Bilingual
- English/Spanish
- Electronic Health Records
