Job Summary:

The RNs provides skilled nursing, care, and case management for assigned patients in their place of residence; coordinates and integrates services to ensure continuity of care; facilitates the achievement of quality, clinical and cost outcomes; negotiates, procures and coordinates services and resources needed by the patient or family; creates opportunities and systems to enhance outcomes; and uses the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation of care, including patient/family instruction and evaluation through an inter-disciplinary team approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications include a current RN license in the State of Montana (BSN preferred), a valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation. 2 years of recent acute care or home care experience including such clinical skills as venipuncture, catheterization, wound care and/or parenteral therapy preferred.

Schedule:

We have full-time and PRN positions available! Specific workdays and work hours are as directed by supervisor. PRN staff are required to work at least two (2) weekend days each month, with one of them being a Saturday, and two (2) holidays per year.* This position requires union membership.

*PRN staff are required to work at least 0.25 FTE to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
