As a Lead Solution Architect on the Identity and Access Management team, you will translate information security and business requirements into architectural blueprints for the department’s IAM solutions that align with our overall technology vision. In addition, you will be a subject matter expert across the entire department, and will collaborate with engineers and other architects on the direction for new solutions. You must maintain knowledge of emerging architectural methods and technologies in addition to knowledge of business strategy and security – and apply all of these to the solutions you design. You may also be asked to contribute to global IT architecture strategies. You will use your technical knowledge to define architecture that meets short and long-term requirements. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and strategies that align with IT and Business needs. Finally, to be successful in this role, you will also need to provide instruction and guidance to team members and influence and partner with other technologists and leaders across the organization.
