About the Role: Strategic Account Executive

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Strategic Account Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing market strategies to acquire new business and maximize revenue from existing clients. This position involves engaging with the country's largest dealer groups and OEM certified programs, identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically plan for the growth of existing client portfolios, maximizing market potential and share.
Identify and pursue prospect targets through established relationships, OEM programs, and referral networks.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide insights for client success and areas of improvement.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to inform product development strategies.
Conduct regular client reviews to address performance trends and maintain positive relationships.
Proactively monitor account performance, identify risks, and develop action plans.
Stay informed about industry trends and issues to enhance credibility with clients and prospects.
Provide support during client escalations and new sales hires' onboarding processes.
Drive adoption of current and new technologies among clients to maximize product utilization and sales.

Desired Skills and Experience:

3-4 years of experience in franchise automotive dealership sales, with headhunting experience preferred.
Strong selling and headhunting skills, with a focus on new business acquisition.
Proficiency in Paid Search advertising and digital media platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, Microsoft Ads, SEO, and Facebook.
Previous experience in an advertising agency and automotive industry knowledge are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Demonstrated track record of flawless execution and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, and Salesforce CRM.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Curiosity to stay updated on digital trends and industry developments.
