The Laird Noller Companies are looking to add a Service Advisor to our Quick Lane team. Laird Noller Companies are the longest standing family-owned, award-winning dealerships, and are looking to grow our team. Team members assist the dealership in its efforts to achieve the highest-level of customer satisfaction through proper repair procedures, attitudes, and communication. Employment Type: Full-time Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 salary range + commission If you are a customer service focused and sales oriented individual, we are willing to train! Responsibilities of the position may include: 1: Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments2: Recording customer vehicle concerns3: Writing repair orders and descriptions of problems and repairs4: Translating customer repair concerns to technicians5: Explaining repairs to the customer6: Estimating the cost and time needed for the repairs7: Selling necessary parts and service8: Handling customer complaints9: Closing repair orders10. 5 STAR customer satisfaction
