Job description

LinTech Global is looking for a Capture Manager to supportFederal Civilian Agencies working remotely.

Position Overview:
This position reports to the Vice President of Growth and supports the capture of federal agency contracts and task orders.We are seeking a resource that has a combination of experience across business development and capture management. The position is responsible for identifying the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity as well as: developing and executing the bid strategy, negotiating teaming, and assisting with proposal strategies and development.The position will manage capture activities from opportunity identification through to award, enabling the growth of sales across the federal defense and civilian agencies.

We are looking for someone who can handle pressure and is proactive with their work. This is a small team where each team member contributes greatly to the overall success of the company. Your work will have deadlines and will require regular meaningful updates to the leadership team. Due to the nature of federal contracting, the team works evenings and weekends when needed. We are looking for someone with a high level of commitment and confidence that can hit the ground running. Our company has a nice platform of federal contracting vehicles, past performance, facility and personnel clearances, technology partnerships (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle) and certifications (e.g. ISO, CMMI). Our team likes to engage in happy hour for the holidays, is very engaged with group chats and is very respectful. We have high expectations for our combined success and support you in every way you need. We keep busy and a capture manager will manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities, at varying pipeline stages/maturity levels, spread across a 12-18 month period.
