Our client is need of a Plant Manager to lead their team. This is a full time, direct hire position.
Duties and responsibilities of the Plant Manager include:
Overseeing all plant operations and departments and working with them to attain goals
Reducing costs within the plant
Managing the operations budget and reporting financial results
Ensuring products are of the highest quality
Leading and developing associates
Ensuring plant safety
Complying with all state and federal guidelines
Requirements of the Plant Manager:
AS degree or higher (BS preferred), along with at least 7 years of production/plant management experience in a non-union manufacturing facility (consumer products, food, beverage or related manufacturing)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work with all levels of people within the plant
Excellent analyzation and organization skills
Relocation assistance will be provided
