Position Summary:This position oversees all aspects of Undergraduate Admissions Information Technology (IT), including but not limited to, websites, CRM (Technolutions Slate), and staff-issued hardware and software. This person is responsible for the continual maintenance of and improvement of our CRM, Slate, as well as overseeing our web presence and overseeing the purchasing of hardware issued to staff as well as any other software that needs to be purchased for Admissions.

Duties/Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of Admissions’ use of Technolutions’ Slate. Duties include maintaining existing functionality, migrating deprecated functionality to new processes, and exploring new functionality to implement. Requires a broad-scale knowledge of all areas of Slate, coupled with a strong base of knowledge about UGA Undergraduate Admissions’ processes. Oversees integrations with other systems including Banner, Touchnet, and various other systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:Supervise and provide guidance to IT staff within Undergraduate Admissions in areas ranging from troubleshooting day-to-day issues to professional development and long-term career goals. Evaluate staffing and positions to ensure the office is equipped to meet future challenges and re-hire vacant positions as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:Manage large-scale projects and roll-out of new IT initiatives within Undergraduate Admissions. Develop long-term strategic planning and implementation of enterprise-wide technological resources. Provide unit-wide leadership for day-to-day operations for all admissions processing and recruitment technologies. Proactively collaborate with the entire Admissions Office and leverage technology to improve processes and recruitment.
