Job description
Provide expertise for all intelligence production management for 9AF (AFCENT)/A2.
- Interface with 9AF (AFCENT) CAOC, USCENTCOM, 16AF, Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A2C, HQ ACC, and other unified commands and agencies on all matters relating to intelligence production management.
- Use a variety of intelligence production requirement tasking methods (email, phone call, COLISEUM, etc.) and then build production schedules to meet consumer demand.
- Apply independent judgment in balancing the operational need for accuracy and expediency in satisfying production objectives.
- Apply experience, critical thinking, and independent judgment to develop and implement the best methods or approaches to meet timelines and accuracy of 9AF (AFCENT)/A2 production needs.
- Use a variety of production formats based on the needs of 9AF (AFCENT)/A2 and reporting requirements; finished products include, but are not limited to analytical and Intel documents and presentations (oral or written).
- Track customer satisfaction and the value of all intelligence production lines and adjust production efforts based on feedback.
- Provide customer outreach and ensure dissemination through all available means.
- Ensure products adhere to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203-Analytic Standards.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or six (6) years’ comparable USAF experience
- Applied understanding of production management functions
- 3 years of experience in intelligence production management working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
- SME knowledge for Pulse, Confluence, High Point and other publishing tools
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support product development and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer ( Microsoft Office) applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
- Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- A valid U.S Passport and meet visa requirements for travel to USCENTCOM AOR countries.
