Job description

Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Sheraton Palo Alto will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's human resources department. This individual will serve as a vital member of the management team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. The Assistant Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this full-time, individual contributor role is between $110,000 and $115,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, the Sheraton Palo Alto offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Responsibilities:
