The Turnaround & Field Supervisor develops, directs, manages, and coordinates Turnaround activities and supervises employees in Turnaround and Capital Construction. Identifies and recommends opportunities for Turnaround improvements in safety, constructability, environmental and efficiency while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Works with refinery departments in the development of execution plans, schedules, estimates, appropriate engineering work packages and project quality assurance requirements. Monitors safety programs and program compliance to ensure a safe workplace. Participates in determining contracting plans, required resources, preparing bid packages, contractor selection and safety evaluations. Develops field staffing plans. Responsible for training and supervision of planners and field supervision. In summary, responsible for the overall safety, quality, cost, schedule and scope management for all turnaround and capital construction projects.

High school diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of construction and/or maintenance management.
OR
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management with experience in construction and/or maintenance management.
PREFERRED:
Experience as client/owner construction management.
Candidates must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card.
