Summary
Looking to work with someone to assist me in my Christian home childcare and preschool. The interested candidate must be someone who is comfortable with Bible stories and singing Bible songs, loves to be outdoors, go on hikes and field trips. You must also be comfortable with mix ages between 16 months to 5 years.

Duties The childcare assistant will work closely with the childcare Director in conducting daily duties such as morning devotions (singing Bible songs, reading the Bible, teaching Bible verses and praying), preparing and serving meals, changing diapers, writing daily reports, recording attendance, engaging in play, assisting to put children to sleep, and creating a safe environment.
To be successful as a childcare assistant at Allkidz Christian Childcare, you must possess a passion for children and exercise patience with them. You should display a friendly and positive attitude and greet parents and children by their names. You should constantly monitor and supervise the children in your care to ensure their safety. No pictures of any child must be posted anywhere apart from Allkidz Christian Childcare?s website or its facebook page
Childcare Assistant Responsibilities :
- Providing support for the childcare Director.
- Monitoring and supervising the children constantly.
- Assisting the childcare Director in maintaining a safe and positive environment.
- Building relationships with children, parents, and guardians.
- Alerting the childcare Director to emergenciesÂ
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Greeting parents and addressing children by their name.
- Adhering to procedures in preparing a bottle or changing a diaper.
- Assisting children to play at all times, such as, sand, water, or playground activities.
- Assisting in putting children to sleep.
- Assisting in field trips like (walks, hikes, Library, Museum)
- Arriving at the scheduled time and ready to work.
- Keep all parent and children information confidential.
- Assisting children to grow spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally.
Requirements - First Aid and CPR Training.
- On-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background check.
- Sworn Statement
- Central registry
- TB screening.
- Must be 18 years and above
- 2 references
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalentÂ

English and Spanish ( with English as a medium of communication)
About Us We?ve been operating for about 8 years now. We?ve mix ages with 2 and up been more. We?re religious based which means, we read the Bible and sing Bible songs. We also operate from home. We go on field trips depending on weather. We do classroom learning basic numbers, colors, pretend play and many more to help prepare the kids for kindergarten especially, 3 and up group. Interested person must like outdoor play with kids whether rain or snow. Experience doesn?t matter if the person is ready to learn.
