What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the upgrade from CRM 2016 on-premise to Dynamics 365 for Sales online.
Offer expert recommendations and insights to guide strategic decisions.
Adapt existing processes to leverage eight years of technological upgrades.
Prepare the groundwork for future growth and scalability.
Ensure seamless integration and upgradeability of solutions.
Enhance code repositories and continuous integration deployment systems.
Collaborate with our Development Team for smooth integration of business systems.
Provide Tier 3 support for end users within the MS Dynamics environment.
Deliver meaningful and useful dashboards to enhance decision-making.
Stay abreast of evolving technologies, particularly in Azure & Dynamics spaces.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Listen to user and stakeholder needs to understand business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and innovative ideas to modernize the technology stack.
Determine optimal solutions through a balance of in-house development and external solutions.
Contribute to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of all solutions.
Actively participate in IT roadmap discussions to establish future capabilities.

How Your Success Will Be Measured:

Your success as a Senior Software Developer at City Wide will be measured by achieving development objectives, remaining adaptable, and facilitating teamwork. Key measurement criteria include:

Improvements to the City Wide Customer Management System (CWCMS).
Introduction of new systems enhancing and expanding CWCMS.
Regular release of new and improved code aligned with project requirements.
Effective management of internal systems, including custom web applications and other necessary apps.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, preferred.
3+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Dynamics 365 for Sales.
Proficient in C# .NET with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or other enterprise-scale DBMS.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex, integrated systems.
Organized approach to problem-solving with a focus on business priorities.
