Financial Data Entry
Job Description:
Our client seeks a Fiscal Support Technician for a 6 to 8-week assignment. This is a fully onsite role in Wilmington, NC 28403 1671. Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Pay is set at $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Back up the front desk with answering phones, taking credit card payments.
Provide customer service and routing requests that come through MS Teams from the front desk counter.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
General data entry into Munis or Latitude financial software.
Prepare daily bank deposits.
Work in supportive software (i.e. Latitude, Energov, Tyler Cashiering) for collections.
Review other department?s batches and research credit applications.
Education Requirements:
HS diploma required.
AS degree preferred.
Desired Background/Skills:
Qualifications:
1-2 years in financial data entry, banking (teller), or collections, preferred.
