Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the PMO leader, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.
At Honeywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), our outstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals develop groundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware and software control systems, atomic physics, ultra-high vacuum environments, cryogenics, cyber security, and more.
Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Program Manager for either our Golden Valley, MN or Herndon, VA locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Concurrently manage a portfolio of projects
Customer interface
Drive on-time execution
Define & Generate Program Plans
Understand budget/schedule
Execute the Management Operating System
Coordinate with Functions
Facilitate forecast analysis
Facilitate capacity analysis
Present programmatic details
Manage risk across programs
Summarize key issues & actions
YOU MUST HAVE:
5+ years of experience and expertise within technical or business field
5+ year of experience project/program management experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, scientific, engineering, or related field
U.S. Citizenship
Willingness to hold Top Secret security clearance

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in teams and one-on-one, displaying customer service actions, tact and diplomacy
