POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Success Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of post-purchase processes leading up to client attendance at live events.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating all forms of post-fulfillment communication with clients to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for the events. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Post-Fulfillment Communication Coordination: Coordinate all forms of communication with clients after the purchase of event tickets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of essential information and instructions.
  2. Project Coordination: Assist the Client Success Manager in coordinating and managing projects related to post-purchase fulfillment for live events. Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and progress.
  3. Operational Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to gather necessary information and assets for various post-fulfillment communication materials, such as emails, SMS messages, website updates, or other relevant channels.
  4. Communication Management: Oversee the scheduling, content creation, and distribution of communication materials, ensuring consistent and accurate information is provided to clients.
  5. Client Support: Respond promptly and effectively to internal inquiries and concerns related to post-fulfillment processes, providing accurate information, troubleshooting where possible, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  6. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and data related to post-fulfillment communication processes, client interactions, and any relevant metrics. Produce regular reports to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
  7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing communication processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance the client experience.
  8. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective coordination, share insights, and provide support as needed.
