We’re looking for leaders who like Matt Megel who started his career in 2008 with negative money in his bank account and has now created a million-dollar GCI business while also leading CAZA's top hyperlocal real estate expansion in Gainesville, VA. Must be a licensed agent with real estate experience* Responsibilities:

• Be there for your clients: provide them with your best service and advice to nurture your relationship, so they come back to you and refer new clients
• Keep up with local knowledge
• Focus on hyperlocal real estate
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to know their needs and close the deal
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Mentor agents
• Master P& L

Qualifications:

• You complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• You have 2+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry
• 40+ transactions a year
• You are familiar with CRMs
• You are team-oriented
• You love to learn and grow
• You are determined to succeed
