Job title: FileNet Senior Developer
Location: Toronto(Onsite)
Job summary
Must have minimum 10-12 years of hands-on development/support experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2.x (and above) suite of products including but not limited to FileNet Content manger, Business Process Manager, Enterprise Records Manager
Must have atleast 3 years of hands on experience with customizing plugins and administering IBM Content Navigator with FileNet P8 & RM
Good hands on development

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conceive ideas to develop automation tools for better productivity in the ECM area and support of day to day activities
Lead/assist in the Design, Implementation, Administration, and Maintenance of High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery in FileNet infrastructure.
Monitoring ECM systems performance and recommend improvements/ changes.
Act as liaison between FileNet team and other integration services like REST Services
Independently works on small and large moderately complex project that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines.
8 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting Java Web Services development
Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting & implementing customer requirements.
Experienced with supporting Imaging Systems in production environments, resolving issues and providing RCA with FileNet Image Services or FileNet P8.
Experienced with supporting Windows Server 2109 in production environments.
Experience developing plugins for IBM Content Navigator.
Candidate will have to coordinate with various resources (onsite and offshore) to deliver the implementation as per project needs.
Must be able to work independently as well as demonstrate team work to deliver on time deliverables.
Ability to work in non-business hours to support emergencies and projects.
Demonstrable detailed understanding of design principles and methods, technology and standards.
Design, code, and unit test applications to meet the defined requirements.
