Your primary responsibility will be to develop the technology roadmap for Digital Implementation.
Champion the Product: - Act as the driving technical force behind our Digital Implementation technology, fostering awareness and excitement.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to comprehend their needs, collect feedback, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development of our offerings.
- Participate in industry conferences to understand domain challenges and emerging trends.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with industry influencers, partners, and thought leaders to promote our product and build a robust network.
Drive the Technology Roadmap: - Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and pinpoint areas of differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define strategic directions.
- Develop and guide innovative Digital Implementation technology visions and strategies that lead market trends and anticipate customer needs.
- Develop creative solution requirements and technology roadmaps.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: - Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solutions Architect in the EDA or Semiconductor Industries focused on Integration of digital designs with other chip components.
- In-depth technical knowledge of digital implementation and complex design constraints including PPA. .
- Expertise in RTL design, synthesis, place and route, clock tree synthesis, and timing closure.
- Proficient in static timing, signal integrity, power and power integrity, parasitic extraction, ECO closure, transistor-level analysis, and library characterization.
- Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners, understanding industry goals, and translating them into technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications: - MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 15+ years of direct experience.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $155,000-$270,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
