Position Summary: To provide excellent customer service and assist with daily operations of the background screening department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Verify DOT & FMCSA Safety Performance History
- Verify DOT History
- Verify Education requests
- Verify Employment requests
- Verify E-Verify (I9 Validations) status
- Verify Personal References
- Verify Professional Licenses
- Verify TWIC Card
- Verify VISA status
- Other task and responsibilities as needed
- Other duties to include assisting other Background teams as needed (10% or less)
Qualifications Required - High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of client service experience
- Intermediate skill level in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software
- Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, phone and communication skills
- Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, principles, and processes for providing customer service.
- Current FCRA Certification (or the ability to obtain after hire)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision after trained
Work Schedule : M-F - 8a - 5p
