Facility Details/Job Description:
--Active Illinois license
--Multiple shift options
--Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm, 7am-11pm, 1pm-11pm, 3pm-11pm
--Saturday + Sunday, 7am-11pm
--No call required
--Cases include: General, Orthopedic, Gynecologic, ENT and other Adult Surgery
--Will be supervised by one Anesthesiologist at a time
