Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for passengers within the Northeast Ohio region.
- Utilize GPS and/or maps to effectively navigate routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance passenger experience.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch and other team members.
- Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 23 years.
- Proficiency in using GPS and/or reading maps.
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.
