Job Description:
Subaru Evergreen Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our dynamic team at our Subaru dealership. As a Sales BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in choosing the right Subaru vehicle.
* Lead Management:
- Effectively manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, update information, and monitor sales progress.
- Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.
* Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
* Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide support in preparing and presenting sales proposals.
- Assist in organizing and executing sales events and promotions.
* Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about Subaru products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance expertise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge or interest in Subaru vehicles is a plus.
