Your Mission:
As an Inside Sales Agent at Livian Suburban Chicago, you'll play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts. You'll thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads, and provide support to our real estate agents nationwide. If you're self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented, and you can establish quick connections with people, this role is for you. Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through outbound calls and follow-up on leads.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Set qualified appointments for our sales agents.
Assist in maintaining the sales agent database.
Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information.
Create and manage a database of current and potential customers.
Research and qualify new leads.
Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Current Real Estate License (applications without a current RE license will not be considered).
Proficiency with MAC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive.
Strong data entry skills in spreadsheets and various software applications.
Two years of sales experience is preferred.
Fearless and results-oriented when making phone calls.
This is a commission + bonus position.
Physical Requirements:
This role primarily involves sitting, keyboarding, and viewing a computer monitor. Reasonable accommodations will be made as needed to support individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Work Environment:
You'll work in a professional office environment with opportunities for occasional travel to other locations or conference sites for meetings. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet business needs.
