Landscapers. Forever Green Landscaping Inc. has 32 openings. Temp/FT. 4/01/24-12/15/24. Work location: 340 Churchmans Road, New Castle, DE 19720. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equip. Workers typically perform of variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mow, trim, plan, water, fertilize, dig, rake, sprinkler install, & installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units & any other related tasks. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle position, move manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Work Monday through Friday varies. Saturdays required when necessary. OT Varies. Employer will provide workers, @ no charge, all tools, supplies & eqp required to perform the job. 40 hrs per week. M-F 7:00-3:30pm. Pay $18.71/hr ($28.07 OT varies). A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday wkly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Merit raise at employer’s discretion. Employer provided transportation from workshop listed above to multiple worksites in: New Castle, County, DE; Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Counties, PA. Must verify 3 months of experience as a landscaping laborer. Saturdays required when necessary. No education reqd. No OTJ training will be provided. Reasonable & most economical/common carrier transportation costs for both out of town & H-2B workers living abroad to the place of employment will be reimbursed in the full amount as required by DOL regulations when and if the worker completes ½ of the employment period. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/another employer. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the 1st workweek, for all visa: visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses.
