What You Will Be Doing

• Project coordination, logistics and planning
• Managed costs of labor, equipment and materials
• Quality and safety management
• Field supervision
• Permitting
• Change management
• Inspections
• Project punch-list and closeout

What You Need for this Position

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of superintendent experience

Other skills: 

• Commercial
• Industrial
• Religious builds
• Educational builds
• Professional builds
• OSHA certified
