Job description

A highly-respected commercial construction company is seeking a Superintendent to join their organization. This company develops a wide range of projects, typically in the $10M - $75M range. Focusing on client relationship building they pride themselves on repeat business and developing long lasting relationships with their clients.

Superintendent Functions:

• Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment and resources with the Field Team
• Direct and evaluate project timeline
• Communicate with leadership and client on project status

Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a lead project superintendent for a general commercial contractor with experience for commercial construction projects
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge using software ie: ProCore, PrimaVera P6, SAGE Timberline, etc
• Strong customers service and relationship skills
• A high school diploma is required
• Valid driver’s license required
