Join our dynamic Real Estate team based in Santa Rosa, CA, as a Zillow Flex Account Manager working on commission with the flexibility of remote work.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about technology and enhancing system effectiveness to take charge of our Zillow Flex account.
As a leading Real Estate Team, we are in search of a tech-savvy professional to manage and optimize the company's lead account, distribute leads, and support the team in lead conversion.
The ideal candidate will possess a drive for innovation and enhancement, a solid technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, a preference for fast-paced environments, and adeptness in collaborating with diverse personalities united towards a common objective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute procedures to efficiently source active and promising leads for team agents
- Handle data entry and account management to uphold top ratings on Zillow Flex
- Collaborate with agents to facilitate lead conversion
- Perform regular system audits
- Swiftly identify and address system issues
Additional Expectations & Skills:
- Promote a team-oriented culture with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Balance the Sales Department's requirements with the Operations Department's practical needs
- Take pleasure in seeing projects through to completion
Preferred Tools:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with Zoom and ChatGPT
- Familiarity with Zillow Flex and the Cinc platform
- Ability to integrate and support various lead sources as we expand
A background in Real Estate is advantageous, but our main priority is to find someone who can collaborate with us to enhance efficiency and create more opportunities primarily through technological advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Zillow leads
- Report to Operations Management Team
- Work as a team player to assist the team with leads
- Keep scores moving upward with data entry and daily work flow tasks
- Assign and manage leads
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License recommended but not required
- Tech Savvy
