Join our elite Sales team, where you play a pivotal role in booking clients to ensure our mover athletes deliver unparalleled moving services.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inside and outside sales efforts, conducting sales training sessions on a recurring basis, analyzing call recordings to enhance performance, and ensuring that our sales targets are consistently met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sales reports, refining processes, and holding the team accountable for their performance.

Schedule 8 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday, seasonal changes may require a flex in schedule.

Pay Rate $80,000 per year, with the potential to make commissions after training and proven leadership of the team.

Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee inside and outside sales activities to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Listen to call recordings and utilize sales call scorecards to drive improvements in sales techniques and customer interactions.
• Hold team members accountable for meeting sales metrics and attendance requirements.
• Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate sales meetings to discuss strategies, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
• Manage sales virtual assistants (VAs) to optimize their contribution to the sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Experience in creating and delivering sales training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.

• 8-10 hour shift
